Paypal Scam (Nigerian, Kijiji)

I'm selling my Nikon Lenses on Kijiji, then I got scammed by a Nigerian through Paypal account. Luckily, I didn't send him my product yet. Below is what he sent me using fake Paypal account:
You received a payment of $400.00 CAD from Douglas wayde(douglaswayde@aol.com)Thanks for using PayPal. You can now send any items.

I know immediately that this is a scam because there is something strange from the email header. The sender is not from Paypal, it`s from this email address: ricardorossey@gmail.com or trackedagent11@in.com (+1 843 284 7145 / +1 646 389 7492). There are some points that you can figure out that you are being scammed or not:
1) They NEVER bargain the price
2) They will get whatever you got from your Hand
3) When they send the money, it looks like the E-mail is come from Paypal.com, but they are actually from another E-mail address, Make sure you check that.
4) Make sure you don't use the hyperlink from the E-mail that they provided to check if the fund is received, If they are a professional Scammer, they will set up your Account in there, looks like PayPal account, which to show you received the fund, Open a New Tab, type in PayPal.com, and log in in there, that way, you'll know exactly if the fund is really in your account.
5) PayPal won't hold funds, they you can only file a Dispute if there is something wrong with the Transaction, they will never ask you to provide the Tracking # before you received the Fund.
